Before you write in
If a licence key isn't activating, including these two things gets it resolved on the first reply:
- Your order number
- A screenshot of the error message
That lets us verify the key with the publisher immediately, rather than going back and forth.
Common fixes worth trying first:
- Make sure you're redeeming on the official publisher website named in your delivery email.
- Check your account region matches any restriction listed on the product page.
- Re-enter the key carefully — a missing character or trailing space is the most common cause.
