Digital delivery only
All products sold by Orca Digital are digital software licence keys. Nothing is physically shipped.
- There are no shipping charges.
- No delivery address is required.
- We deliver worldwide, subject to any regional restrictions stated on individual product pages.
Delivery time
Licence keys are delivered automatically by email immediately after your payment is confirmed — typically within seconds. Your key is also shown on your order confirmation page, and remains available there.
In rare cases an order may be held briefly for routine payment or fraud verification. If that happens, delivery may take up to 24 hours, and we will email you if we need anything from you.
What you receive
Your delivery email contains:
- your licence key or activation code;
- the official publisher website where the key should be redeemed;
- step-by-step activation instructions;
- your order number, for support.
Didn't receive your key?
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Confirm the email address entered at checkout was correct.
- Open your order confirmation page, where the key is also displayed.
- Still can't find it? Email support@orcadigital.shop with your order number and we will resend it immediately.

Regional restrictions
Some licences can only be activated in certain countries or regions. Where this applies, it is clearly stated on the product page. Please check before purchasing that your region is supported.
Delivery failures
If we cannot deliver a working licence key, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
